dazzling lights!!

with the introduction of a variety of head lights , every vehicle driver makes an attempt to install a dazzling light on his vehicle . he does not take into view the blinding effect it has on the oncoming driver.be it a two wheeler or four wheeler, the drivers at night are at a risk of being caught into a soup because of sudden blindness induced.

to add to misery there are lack of reflectors to be worn by pedestrians and cyclists .
